All products have a minimum 30-day warranty; most come with a full year up to a lifetime warranty — clearly stated on every proposal. Valued end-user customers and MSPs enjoy a lifetime warranty on nearly all pre-owned gear and every piece of new compatible optics. Brokers/resellers: 30 days up to lifetime depending on product and agreement.

Do you sell new hardware, or only used? expand_more

Both. We carry new and Grade A refurbished / pre-owned hardware from Cisco and many other manufacturers. Typical savings guidance on the secondary market is up to ~90% vs. new; Grade A refurbished is often described as about half the price — exact pricing comes from a sales quote.
